Because I have always regretted printing only the abstracts of these early wills, it was decided that a new book containing full transcripts of the wills would be published. Included also are the rejected/unrecorded wills of John Gregory, Samuel Nunn, Joseph Mercer, Nancy Wilson and Franky Linn.

Included with the full transcription of the will is the book and page number, names of the witnesses, date the will was produced for probate and the date it was recorded. The book is printed on acid-free paper and contains a full name index.
